The 2024 Into Film Festival boasts another packed programme of screenings and events, with over 50 films playing across over 2,300 screenings in more than 450 cinemas, all across the UK.
Through this year's programme of films, we'll be exploring far-reaching themes as varied as fraternal acceptance, mental wellbeing, breaking traditional gender roles, and the sanctity of our natural world, as well as showcasing many more films that simply allow us to revel in the joy of the cinematic experience.

Big Screen Experience
Bursting with bombastic special effects and slick CGI and VFX, many of the year's biggest films make for a stunning visual experience on the big screen. Whether it's dazzling modern animation and unique styles like Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, sci-fi adventures like Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, or nerve-wracking horror-thrillers like A Quiet Place: Day One, the Into Film Festival offers a chance to truly revel in the power of modern filmmaking on the big screen.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (PG)
This new adaptation of the beloved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the first to cast actual teenagers in the main voice roles, and adopts a gorgeously unique animation style to tell a chaotic story of brotherly love and acceptance.

It wouldn't be the Into Film Festival without a selection of the best animated films of the year, and this year's selection takes you to a number of fantastically realised worlds. From two beautiful islands bursting with pristine nature in The Wild Robot and our opening film Kensuke's Kingdom, to the stunning seascapes of Moana 2's South Pacific, and even the worlds inside our own heads with Pixar's Inside Out 2, let some of the year's best animated films take you on a journey to somewhere completely new.
