Synopsis

Fourteen-year-old Robbie wants to keep being a kid, but there are a couple of problems. One is his father, who has missed most of Robbie's childhood and always manages to disappoint him in the end when he is around. The other is Robbie's own baby son, who he avoids taking any responsibility for until he suddenly decides he knows best how to look after the kid.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
