A few years ago, researchers at the Imperial War Museum stumbled upon a can of documentary film footage, which had been overseen by Alfred Hitchcock. Its subject was the Nazi Concentration Camps and the material was never shown to audiences, for fear it would not fit with the public mood after the war had ended. Thankfully the footage has now been painstakingly assembled, and combined with contemporary talking head interviews to produce an invaluable record of the horrors of the holocaust. This sober documentary contains some truly harrowing material and audiences should be prepared for an extraordinary but extremely distressing viewing experience.
A gripping drama set in Patagonia about a little girl who befriends a visiting German doctor with a dark secret.
