Synopsis
At Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, young people with special and bizarre powers shelter from the prying eyes of the world. Looked after by Miss Peregrine, the children live in a bubble where no matter what happens, they can always turn the clock back 24 hours and return to safety. When newcomer Jacob arrives at the home after finding out that his grandfather was sent there as a child, he is welcomed by the residents who wait expectantly for him to reveal a power that he doesn’t yet know he possesses. As he discovers the range of extraordinary abilities of the other children, he also comes to realise that there are forces out there that wish to do the orphanage harm.
