Synopsis

A group of animated animal theatre actors perform three short shows for their audience. ‘Baby Delivery’ follows the adventures of a rabbit, pig and duck as they attempt to deliver a new-born baby for a stork but soon discover how difficult it is! ‘The Big Bad Fox’ sees the eponymous creature steal eggs from a chicken, but his plan backfires when they hatch and believe he’s their mother. And the final story, ‘Saving Christmas’, sees the farmyard creatures group together as they try to find a new Santa Claus in time for Christmas. Adapted from co-director Benjamin Renner’s comic books, these are sweet, playful and laugh-out-loud hand-drawn animated stories which challenge preconceptions about identity, suitable for the youngest audiences.

What our educators say

"We are currently screening The Wizard of Oz, profound film that it is, and the last film Wall-E. It's been rewarding observing the KS1 6 year olds run the gamut of emotions from wonder to sadness to joy. "
