How many of us wish we had the chance to re-live a day all over again? For arrogant TV weatherman Phil Connors in this classic comedy, that's exactly what he gets - and he soon wishes he never had. Stuck in a small-town on February 2nd to report on an annual celebration called "Groundhog Day", Phil is annoyed when a blizzard means he has to stay overnight. But the next day, he wakes up to find that it's February 2nd all over again - and the same happens the next day, and the day after that. And so it goes on - until he's forced to look at why he might be stuck in this ever-repeating day, and what he needs to do to escape.
