Nice girls don't always finish last. Fran is shy and no one notices her, but she loves to dance - if only someone would give her a chance. Handsome Scott, the maverick son of the ballroom dancing school owner, offers to show her his new dance steps - and as they practice, she falls madly in love. But will she get to fulfil her dream of competing in and winning the Australian Pan Pacific Championships and, more importantly, will Scott fall in love with her?
