Synopsis

While other superheroes have had what seems like dozens of films devoted to them, the Hulk has less of a big-screen track record - his best-known movie portrayal until now being 2003's The Hulk, which although solidly entertaining, many fans felt didn't quite capture the real essence of their huge green hero. Now, however, a new Hulk movie is on its way - with scientist Bruce Banner in hiding while he tries to find a cure for the rages that transform him into a monster, but facing attempts to track him down both from the US military and arch-villain Emil Blonsky. With Edward Norton starring as Banner (and his destructive alter-ego), The Incredible Hulk is an action-packed treat for all movie-lovers.

What our educators say

"We are currently screening The Wizard of Oz, profound film that it is, and the last film Wall-E. It's been rewarding observing the KS1 6 year olds run the gamut of emotions from wonder to sadness to joy. "
