Berlin, 1945. With Soviet forces preparing to storm the city, Adolf Hitler withdraws to a heavily fortified bunker beneath its bombed-out streets. He refuses to admit what is happening, but the German dictator's Third Reich is falling apart, and so is his mind. Surrounded by a handful of Nazi hangers-on, including his crazed mistress Eva Braun and a glassy-eyed Joseph Goebbels, Hitler begins a terrifying, claustrophobic journey into madness and paranoia as the rest of Europe prepares to celebrate the end of the war.
Contains strong violence, moderate sex references and surgical detail.
