This visually stunning martial-arts action adventure could be described as a Chinese spin on the Robin Hood legend. In 859 AD, a band of daring outlaws that calls itself the House of Flying Daggers is giving the already troubled Tang dynasty a big headache. Charged with infiltrating and destroying the rebel group, undercover police officers Leo and Jin approach a blind, knife-throwing showgirl called Mei. Could she be their key to entering the secret and subversive House? Visually sumptuous, spectacularly choreographed and with elements of a tragic romance at its heart.
Visually stunning, amazingly choreographed martial arts film set in ancient China about a warlord in fear of his life as rulers plot against him.
