Over the last couple of years, hundreds of thousands of people across the world have seen An Inconvenient Truth - the excellent documentary about the causes and consequences of climate change. Now another great film is here which deals with the same vital issue - this fine documentary co-written and presented by Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Making clear the terrible risks and results that are already arising from global warming as well as the steps we can all take to make a difference, the movie also includes contributions from such figures as the scientist Stephen Hawking and the former leader of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev.
When legendary director Werner Herzog journeys to Antarctica, the people he meets there are just as fascinating as the wildlife.
