Synopsis

Jim Carrey is almost unrecognisable in green fur and make-up as the mean-spirited Grinch who hates Christmas. Adapted from the children's book by Dr Seuss, this festive comedy follows the exploits of the Grinch as he tries to steal Christmas from the citizens of Whoville - for when he was young they rejected him for being different, and now he wants to make them pay. Only one innocent little girl named Cindy Lou Who understands the true spirit of Christmas and might just be able to change his plans.
