Chaplin is a British biographical film about the life of English comedian Charles Chaplin - one of the most incredible and controversial icons in Hollywood history. Narrated by an elderly Chaplin as he tells the story of his life to his biographer, the silent comedy legend's life, work and loves are followed from his formative years in England to his phenomenal successes in America. While his screen performances are hilarious, the man behind these masterpieces was constantly haunted by a sense of loss.
This film has a couple of uses of strong bad language and moderate sex references.
