14 films were honoured at the BAFTA Awards in London's Covent Garden last night, with The Revenant and Mad Max: Fury Road the big winners, taking home five and four awards respectively.
Our young reporters were in attendance, and spoke to young British stars Riz Ahmed, Douglas Booth, Eddie Redmayne, Taron Egerton, Noel Clarke, as well as Room director Lenny Abrahamson, who accepted Brie Larson's Best Leading Actress award on her behalf.
In what was a good night all round for British talent, Kate Winslet and Mark Rylance picked up Supporting Actress and Supporting Actor awards for Steve Jobs and Bridge of Spies, Asif Kapadia's heart-wrenching Amy won Best Documentary, while John Boyega rounded off what's been an astounding year for him, taking home the EE Rising Star award, the only award on the night to be decided by a public vote.
