Our Film of the Month winner for October is St Elizabeth Primary School, from Bethnal Green, London, for their unique sci-fi thriller Run School Run! 2.
This month's winner was picked by our very own Youth Advisory Council members: Emily, Caitlin, Krizzah, and Jack.
Run School Run! 2 tells the story of a rogue clone of a pupil that has emerged out of the computer from the iMovie interface and is trying to get back 'home' by following the film's editors around the school. The film was praised by the judges for its compelling narrative, creative camera techniques, and unique sound design, making it a very worthy winner.
Chosen as the winner out of a shortlist of five fantastic films, Run School Run! 2 will now be showcased to over 300,000 film club members online and on our Into Film YouTube channel, plus the makers have bagged themselves a £100 Amazon voucher and an Into Film goodie bag.
George, one of the lead filmmakers, told us how it was early cinema experiences that helped develop his filmmaking, particularly the Harry Potter series:
The idea behind the story was well considered and imaginative with clever use of sound and creative camera techniques to really draw in the viewer.

Giving advice for other young filmmakers, George's was simple: "Just go for it. Nothing really bad can happen if you try and make your own film."
