Into Film Clubs
Find out everything you need to know about starting an Into Film Club.
Congratulations to Horton Park Primary School in Bradford, whose Into Film Club has been crowned Club of the Year: 12 and Under (sponsored by Warner Bros. Creative Talent) at the Into Film Awards 2018. The Award was presented by actors Fionn O'Shea (Handsome Devil) and Katie Leung (Harry Potter franchise).
Run by club leader Andrew Dixon, Horton Primary's Into Film Club is attended by members from across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and explores a wide range of film, techniques and genres to influence their work. With a particular focus on mindfulness, Dixon has found that these ideals have proven effective in reducing barriers to learning and significantly enhancing creative ideas among peers.
We're delighted to have won the Award in celebration of the children's progress and dedication over the past 12 months. Our visit to London will long be a memorable experience for our young filmmakers.
