International Women's Day
8 March
In March 2018, Into Film hosted a number of Spring Screenings across the UK under the theme of Women in Animation, in support of International Women's Day on 8 March. This programme was also part of Anim18 - a celebration of British Animation throughout 2018, led by Film Hub Wales, Chapter (Cardiff), the BFI Film Audience Network and project partners across the UK.
These resources are designed to complement the titles in the Spring Screenings programme and can be used to discuss the title before or after watching the respective films in the cinema, classroom or your club. More specialised Ethel & Ernest animation skills resources can be downloaded here.

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
