Use this Into Film 3Cs and 3Ss literacy tool while watching the trailer for Playmobil: The Movie, in cinemas August 9, with your class. The resource contains a buildable dice template and prompt question cards covering six key elements of film: colour, character, camera, setting, sound and story.

It provides an excellent stimulus for discussion before, during and after watching the trailer. For Playmobil: The Movie and to support children in the design competition, we recommend focusing on character and setting in particular. These are the two essential pillars at the heart of this epic story of adventure, as our protagonist Marla searches for her brother Charlie through various PLAYMOBIL worlds, meeting hilarious and endearing characters along the way.

Digital copies of the summer competition pack can be downloaded now! Inspire your pupils to take home the activity pack and complete the Play Your Role design competition over the summer holidays to win exciting PLAYMOBIL prize bundles! There are 10 prizes up for grabs, and don't forget, the deadline is 31 August.

Updating our resources

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
