Moana 2: Musical Adventures, created in collaboration with Disney, is a fun competition and curriculum-linked classroom activity for KS1 & KS2 which draws on the characters and story in Disney Moana 2, only in cinemas November 29.

Moana 2 reunites Moana and Maui three years later for an all-new voyage alongside a crew of unlikely seafarers. After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania for an adventure unlike anything she’s faced before.

Our new interactive activities take inspiration from the film to provide educators with a fun new resource to support learning outcomes across music, literacy, and KS1 maths.

This resource includes:

Bring the Beat activity sheet

Take your class on an unforgettable musical adventure with our Bring the Beat activity – no equipment required! Inspired by the characters of Moana 2, learners will tap, clap and stomp their way to creating unique compositions using body percussion.

Sidekick for the Seas competition sheet

Every brave wayfinder needs a loyal sidekick! Who would your class take with them on an adventure across the ocean? Invite your learners to enter our Sidekick for the Seas competition for a chance to win a full percussion kit for the whole class!

Updating our resources

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
