A film guide that looks at The Birdcage (1996), a comedy about a gay cabaret owner and his drag queen partner who agree to play it straight when meeting the parents of their son's fiancée.
This guide is useful for exploring topics including PSHE Education and Religious Education, in addition to highlighting themes surrounding health and wellbeing, equality, family, love and relationships, identity, communities and beliefs, and religions and beliefs.
