This course is part of Relationships on Film, a series of short learning experiences to support sex and relationships education.
What is coercive control and why is it so difficult to recognise?
We’ve partnered with sexual health and wellbeing charity, Brook, to create this course, which provides educators of 11-16 year olds with film-based teaching ideas to demystify coercive control and other forms of relationship abuse. You’ll discover how film can enable young people to analyse true-to-life scenarios and fuel important conversations around this sensitive topic.
While learning with us, you’ll gain access to carefully selected film content, expert guidance and downloadable resources that you can take back to your classroom.
Watch a quick, sneak preview of one of the exclusively made videos available in this course, for a bite-sized piece of learning you can apply in your classroom straight away.
By the end of this course, you will be able to use film to:
Enrol and start learning for free today.
Into Film courses are only available for UK-based teachers.
As part of your school’s policy on sharing RSE content with parents, we welcome any screening of our Relationships on Film teaching content in your school, if it is required.
