With its exhilarating blend of scares and silliness, this Scandinavian monster romp is an absolute scream! Based on the same found footage concept as films such as Paranormal Activity and The Blair Witch Project, the mockumentary sees three video-camera-wielding college students investigating a spate of bear slayings. But when the tenacious trio finally catches up with their primary suspect - an alleged poacher called Hans - they're gobsmacked by what they discover. Because Hans is actually Norway’s only living troll hunter, employed to track down and slaughter creatures thought to just exist in fairy tales. Eager to learn more, the gang asks the contemporary giant killer to let them join him on a job. Naturally, it's a request they quickly come to regret.
Terrifying horror made to look like real home-video footage capturing supernatural activity occurring in a couple's suburban home.
