Food literally bites back in this fast-paced and deliriously imaginative sequel to animated comedy Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Picking up where the hit original left off, the hilarious events see idealistic young scientist Flint Lockwood forced to save the world again, when he discovers that his out-of-control meal-making machine didn't get destroyed after all! Now, instead of turning water into super-sized grub, the invention is creating food-animal hybrids that could bring disaster for humanity. Cue surreal imagery and puns galore, as Flint and his crew, including meteorologist girlfriend Sam Sparks and talking monkey Steve, battle hungry tacodiles, shrimpanzees and other 'foodimals' in a race to demolish his dangerous device forever.
Contains mild threat, rude humour and very mild language
