Synopsis

With many of Africa’s animal species under threat of extinction, an Australian ex-special forces soldier forms a group of female rangers to guard them from poachers. This documentary introduces audiences to the Akashinga Rangers, comprised of marginalised women who undergo intensive training to revolutionise the way animals are protected as well as empowering individuals and communities.
