Synopsis

A classic tale of two souls who meet each other only briefly - but have a effect on one another deep enough to change them forever. Once popular actor Bob Harris now does cheesy adverts for money. He flies to Tokyo for one such ad and meets up with a bored, lonely newlywed, Charlotte, in town with her busy photographer husband. The unlikely duo form a strong, emotional bond after several fun nights out in the bright, bustling Japanese city, in this stylish and hugely popular movie with stand-out performances from stars Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson. Please include your full name and full school address. PLEASE NOTE: There are a limited number of discs available, so you may experience a longer than usual wait for delivery.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
