Synopsis

As she approaches her 15th birthday, the eccentric Georgia Nicolson has several different problems to deal with. For one thing, she's determined to host the best 15th birthday party in history. For another, she's just as dead set on snagging the perfect boyfriend - but the boy in question seems to have got mixed up with her biggest enemy. And to top it all off, her mum and dad are squabbling too. Of course, she can always rely on the support of her cat Angus and loyal friends the Ace Gang - but will that be enough to help her dreams come true?

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
