A film guide that looks at Rent (2005), a tale of struggling artists - based on opera La Boheme - which relocates Puccini's stage musical from 1800s Paris to 1980s New York.
This guide is useful for exploring topics including Dance, Music, PSHE Education and Theatre Studies in addition to highlighting themes surrounding law and order, friendships, life and death, love and relationships, addictions, community, equality and LGBT issues.
