What is Film Buff Challenge: Future Filmmakers?
Film Buff Challenge: Future Filmmakers is the latest instalment in the Film Buff Challenge resource series. This activity-based resource and accompanying Into Film+ playlist of youth-made short films will inspire the young people you support to experiment with shot sizes, storyboarding, scriptwriting, and filmmaking. We have created two versions of the resource and playlist, one for Primary (7-11) and one for Secondary (11-16).
Film Buff Challenge: Future Filmmakers can also be used to introduce your students to curricular filmmaking which can support learning across key themes and topics. Find out more about Curricular Filmmaking here.

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
