Having young people talk about issues surrounding body image helps develop their sense of personal and social well-being. As students explore the films in this resource they will gain greater understanding of some of the different social and emotional issues that surround body image, how to be comfortable in the skin you are in, and why to never judge a book by its cover.
We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
