Synopsis

Erin Brockovich is a sassy single mother desperately looking for work. She eventually lands a job as a legal assistant at a law firm - but soon finds that none of her new colleagues take her seriously. But when Erin begins working on a case involving a shady land deal carried out by a utilities company, she uncovers the fact that the company's pollution is leaving residents desperately ill. With her help, the townspeople fight for the justice they deserve. The entertaining Erin Brockovich is based on a true story.
