The Tenenbaum family are wealthy, intellectual New Yorkers and the three children - Chas, Richie and Margot - were all prodigies as children. But now they're grown up, with their youthful success and happiness far behind them. Their estranged father Royal left their mother Etheline long ago, but now he returns, telling everyone he only has a few weeks to live. Is this the chance the dysfunctional family needs to put itself back together again? The Royal Tenenbaums is a quirky, charming and tender comedy-drama about family, love and acceptance.
Contains strong language, moderate injury horror and drug references.
