This moving documentary is about a class of 12 and 13 year olds in the small American town of Whitewell, Tennessee. Having learned about the horrors of the Holocaust, they understandably find it impossible to comprehend the scale of events which saw six million Jews killed by the Nazis during the Second World War. In order to try and increase their understanding of the tragedy, they set about collecting six million paperclips, with every one becoming a small but profound tribute to a life lost.
Powerful drama based on true events about a powerful German businessman who helped Jews being persecuted by the Nazis in World War Two.
